（2）内在品质特征：按干燥品检测100 g，毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷（C22H22O10）含量≥0.050 %；黄芪甲苷（C41H68O14）含量≥0.040 %，浸出物含量≥25 %。
（3）质量安全规定：水分不得过10.0%。总灰分不得过5.0%。按照2015版《中华人民共和国药典》通则2321测定法，铅不得过5mg/kg；镉不得过0.3 mg/kg；砷不得过2 mg/kg；汞不得过0.2 mg/kg；铜不得过20 mg/kg。有机氯农药残留量照农药残留测定法测定，含总六六六不得过0.2 mg/kg；总滴滴涕不得过0.2 mg/kg；五氯硝基苯不得过0.1 mg/kg。
