冬天吃个热热的红薯，尤其是北义城红薯，是最惬意的事情。晋城市泽州县北义城镇依靠当地特殊的红粘土质，光照充足，雨热同期，为红薯的生长创造了得天独厚的条件。刚烤出来的红薯软软的，用手撕开皱巴巴的外皮，不用费多大力气，用牙轻轻一磨就能吃到，真是融不霍霍，甜不信信，又能取暖又能解馋。
