繁峙大杏品种主要来源于白水杏，所产杏个大肉厚，甘甜多汁，色泽金黄。 可溶性糖含量在10～13%之间，可滴定酸在0.69～0.8g/100g之间，可食率在80.0～85%之间，β-胡萝卜素在10.0～11.4mg/kg之间。 安全要求：必须符合中华人民共和国规定的标准安全指标，在包装、标识上需符合农业部《农产品包装和标识管理办法》，进入市场的必须遵守《农产品质量安全法》及其它法律法规的有关规定。包装材料应符合GB11680和GB89687的规定，包装物使用无毒油墨印刷，销售和包装物应标注“繁峙大杏”标志，并标明产品名称、数量、产地、包装日期、生产单位、保质期、产品质量、执行标准代号等级等内容。
