广灵画眉驴
1.外在感官特征：广灵画眉驴的外形特征是：体格高大，结构匀称，肌肉丰满，鼻梁平直，眼大微突，两耳竖立而灵活，背部宽广平直，腹部充实，四肢粗壮，蹄质坚硬，尾粗长。因内耳、眼圈、嘴头、前胸、肚底为白色，被毛为黑色，形如美丽的画眉鸟，所以叫“画眉驴”。
2.内在品质：广灵画眉驴肉营养丰富，是一种低脂肪、高蛋白质的食物。高等级的驴胴体，在屠宰车间吊起时，整个体躯显得丰满，两后腿之间呈“U”字形，胴体肌肉发育良好，肌肉纤维间的脂肪沉积较多，呈大理石状。与牛肉、羊肉、猪肉相比，有着瘦肉多、脂肪少的特点，加之该画眉驴肉有着特殊的生物学和食品价值，因而深受消费者的欢迎。它的内含成分为：水分65.0-75.0 g/100g；灰分≤1.5 g/100g；蛋白质≥18g/100g；脂肪3.0-12.0g/100g；热量≥485KJ/100g；钾≥300mg/100g；钠≤ 46.0mg/100g；钙≥2.0mg/100g；铁≥3.0mg/100g；锌≥2.0mg/100g；磷≥170mg/100g；不饱和脂肪酸≥4.0%，其中油酸≥3.0%，亚油酸≥1.0%，亚麻酸≥0.2%；天门冬氨酸≥1.5g/100g；谷氨酸≥2.5g/100g。
3.安全要求：广灵画眉驴所饲喂的草料，饮用水，要求无毒无污染，看病、防疫、打针、灌药的兽医要有资质证明，严禁雇用无任何证照的兽医行医。在屠宰前15天，严禁打针、灌药和饲喂不安全的草料和饮用水。所屠宰的生驴肉产品必须符合中华人民共和国肉食类规定的标准安全指标，在包装、标识上需符合农业部《农产品包装和标识管理办法》，进入市场的必须遵守《农产品质量安全法》及其它法律法规的有关规定。包装材料应符合GB11680和GB89687的规定，包装物使用无毒油墨印刷，销售和包装物应标注“广灵画眉驴”标志，并标明产品名称、数量、产地、包装日期、生产单位、保质期、产品质量、执行标准代号等级等内容。
