交城梨枣是中国稀有名贵鲜食优良品种，该产品营养丰富、肉厚质脆，汁多味甜、品质上乘、风味独特，平均单果重30克左右，最大单果可达85克、被世人誉为天下第一枣。该产品经中国科学院生物、物理研究所和中国农科院生物研究等单位联合检测，该产品营养丰富、具有较高滋补药用价值和保健功能。特别是梨枣中，含有两种抗癌物质--硒（Se）和环磷酸腺苷。每克含环磷酸腺苷（C-AMP）525毫克微摩尔（nmol/g）被誉为枣中之王。并含有能活血化淤软化血管、降脂、降压的芦丁和对人体有益的多种糖力二十多种氨基酸。Vc含量高达600毫克/百克。是柑桔的12-30倍，苹果的79-120倍。既是天然纯绿色果品、又是营养品和保健食品。
