4.雁门黄大同黄花有三大特点：1、色如金：色泽金黄，六瓣七蕊，久放不变色；2、形似针：角长根短肉厚，线条整齐，商品性佳；3、纯天然农家工艺：夜间手工采摘，蒸汽杀青，高原的阳光自然晾晒，传统手工成形，纯天然零添加。口感脆嫩，自然清香，久煮不烂，其味无穷。5、（1)头茬小金针选用当年第一茬鲜黄花菜做原料，此时的黄花菜营养价值最高。(2)条参小金针采用农家传统工艺，纯手工制作，历经文火透煮，制作出来的黄花菜 晶莹剔透，色泽微红，条形笔直，温润如玉。
