利用恒山正北芪，恒山林场天然氧吧桦木木屑等作为菌类培养基质，通过与澳大利亚科研机构共同研制专利配方培育的北芪菇，基于低温真空油浴技术制作而成北芪菇脆片，保留原北芪菇的营养价值，其富含膳食纤维、硒、钙及多种微量元素，富硒高蛋白质休闲食品，口感极为爽脆。
真空低温油浴工艺：真空低温油浴是在真空的条件下，食品中水分汽化温度降低，能在短时间内迅速脱水，实现在低温（90°c）条件下对食品的干制。真空油浴实际上是对食品的干燥脱水，只不过把油作为供热的介质，与生活中所说的油炸有着根本的区别。
