恒山黄芪，山西省浑源县特产，中国国家地理标志产品。
恒山黄芪是一种药用价值很高的中药材，生长在绵延广阔的恒山背阴山坡上，尤以山下浑源县所产的黄芪质量最好、数量最多，被誉为“黄芪之乡”。恒山黄芪的特点是条长而直，皮光纤细，色泽黄亮，粉性大，空心小。黄芪除药用之外，还可食用，用来烹肉、泡酒、做菜、煮汤，做出各种富有营养的风味小吃。恒山农民炖猪、羊、鸡、牛肉时，都要放一些黄芪，这样肉熟得快、营养高。
正北芪为重要的补气药，全身之气皆能补益。能补脾健胃、补肺益气、补气固气、补气消肿、补气生血、补气通络、补气升提、补气托毒、排脓生肌。古人把北芪推崇为“补气诸药之最”。
