沙棘那是一种神寄的水果，别看他个头不大，来
历和内容可不小。长得比枸杞小，但是密度会比
他高。沙棘最早出现的恐龙时代，距今已经有两
亿多年的历史了。它是一种胡颓子科沙棘属的落
叶灌木。他的生长特征是耐旱，抗风，耐寒。在
我国的主要产地主要分布黄土高原和西北一带。
在我们山西。有的地方叫醋流流，有的地方叫酸
刺。我小的时候。每到冬天，就会去山上自己转
摘酸刺吃。。酸酸的甜甜的，特别好吃。沙棘的
维C含量特别的高。被誉为维生素宝库，他的维生
素C含量是一切蔬菜水果类的冠军。我经常听到猕
猴桃的维C含量比较高。但其实大家不知道。沙棘
的单位含量是猕猴桃的二到八倍。是一种非常有
益于身体健康的植物。
