官滩枣

官滩枣是襄汾县的农业三大品牌（官滩枣、太平米醋、连村粉条）之一，因其原产地在襄汾县官滩村而得名，官滩枣的栽培距今已有800年的历史，据道光五年太平县志记载：“枣，有晋枣之名，多食易齿黄，旧志，太平宜枣，其树盈野，居人有半年粮之谣”。官滩枣果实中大，长柱圆形，平均单果重11克；果皮深红色，肉厚、肉粘、油性大，耐贮藏。1997年，山西省首届干果经济林产品评奖展销会上，被认定为“山西省十大名枣”；2001年，临汾市启动平川“121”工程后，襄汾县县委、县政府抓住有利时机，掀起大种枣的热潮，截止2008年，全县适宜官滩枣生长的乡村，保有枣树达15万株，年产量达到1500吨。
